Connie Vance, EdD, RN, FAAN is a professor at The College of New Rochelle School of Nursing, New Rochelle, NY. Dr. Vance serves as a consultant, workshop leader, and accreditation evaluator to hospital departments of nursing and nursing programs throughout the United States and internationally.
