Author Information

Chris Turner is a qualified barrister and Senior Lecturer in law at Wolverhampton University. He has taught law at all levels and is an experienced author whose other titles include Key Facts: Tort Law and Key Cases: Tort Law, also published by Hodder Education. He is Series Editor to ""Unlocking the Law"", ""Key Facts"" and ""Key Cases"", all published by Hodder Education. Jacqueline Martin is a former Chief Examiner for OCR A Level Law. She is also an experienced Law teacher and examiner and has practised as a barrister for 10 years.
