Author Information

Kristy Tsun-Tzu Hsu is an associate research fellow at the Taiwan WTO & RTA Center and program director of the Taiwan ASEAN Studies Center, or TASC, Chung Hua Institution for Economic Research (CIER) in Taiwan. She leads several joint research projects on FTA/ECA feasibility study with Southeast Asian countries and advises and assists the government's WTO and FTA/ECA trade negotiations. Arpita Mukherjee is a professor at the Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations ( ICRIER ). She has several years of experience in policy-oriented research working closely with the government in India and the UK. Her research is a key contributor to India's negotiating strategies in WTO/FTAs and in domestic policy reforms. Parthapratim Pal is an associate professor at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta. He has worked with ICRIER and the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT). His recent areas of interest include international trade, regional trade agreements, WTO related issues, and international capital flows.
