Housing Studies Author InformationKatharine Mumford, until recently, was a Research Officer at the Centre for Analysis of Social Exclusion at the London School of Economics. Her research interests include neighbourhood and family life, unpopular housing and area abandonment. Anne Power is Professor of Social Policy at the London School of Economics. She is responsible for the Area Programme of the Centre for Analysis of Social Exclusion, which tracks 12 neighbourhoods and 200 families over time.
