Overview

Delilah and the Lilacs is a heartwarming, rhyming tale about change and discovering a new purpose. Follow Delilah, a hardworking Alaskan sled dog, as she grows up in the snowy Yukon. When the time comes to retire, Delilah must leave behind the only world she's ever known. Through playful rhyme and vivid imagery, young readers will delight in Delilah's transformation from sled dog life. Perfect for children, this gently reassuring story celebrates the beauty of new beginnings. Delilah finds out that even when life changes course, there is always a new trail to follow.
