Born of coal mining and farm working stock, Karen Gemma Brewer is an award-winning poet and performer from Ceredigion in Wales. Her writing, combining emotion and mundanity with a strong sense of the absurd, has been published in the UK, Europe and USA. Karen has performed at festivals, theatres, pubs, schools, colleges, supermarkets and in the street. Karen is two-time winner of the Tim Williams Performance Poetry Award.
