Dr. Joy Allen is called and anointed to train, equip and fortify leaders for the work of the ministry. She is an avid student and passionate teacher of God's word. She serves as an apostle in the Lord's church and, along with her husband, pastors Breath of Life International Church in Garner, North Carolina. Joy is also the Founder and President of Joy of the LORD Ministries and a spiritual mentor to many, including a number of local pastors and leaders.
