She is also a Senior Fellow of the Centre for Security Governance, Associate Editor with Stability: International Journal of Security and Development, and is engaged in a number of research projects for international organisations. Eleanor has spent 20 years working in the field of conflict, security, justice and human rights, including 10 years working in management and advisory roles with the UN and other international organisations in post-conflict environments in the Balkans and South Asia.
