Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationPrincy Pappachan is employed as an assistant professor at the Department of Foreign Languages at National Chiayi University, Taiwan. Prior to this, she served as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Foreign Languages and Literature (DFLL) at Asia University, Taiwan and as a Post Doctorate Researcher at National Chengchi University, Taiwan. She holds a Ph.D. in Applied Linguistics from the Centre of Applied Linguistics and Translation Studies (CALTS) at the University of Hyderabad (UoH) and an M.Phil. in Cognitive Science from the Centre for Cognitive Science and Neuroscience (CNCS) at UoH. Her primary research focus areas include Multilingual Education (MLE) in Sustainable Development Research, English Language Teaching (ELT), cognitive science, and Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI). In her academic career, she has actively participated in international academic forums. This includes delivering keynote addresses at the International Conference on AI, Emerging Technologies, and EMI in Business and Management (ICAEEMI 2025) and at the Mandalika International Multi-Conference on Science and Engineering (MIMSE 2023). She also served as a moderator at the 2024 International Conference on EMI and AI at Asia University. She has also conducted talks on incorporating technology in education as part of the Teacher's Professional Development Workshop at Asia University, Taiwan. In addition to her teaching and research, her technical skills encompass expertise in R programming, SmartPLS, intermediate proficiency in AVISPA (HLPSL Script), and foundational knowledge in Python. Her involvement in the academic community is further evidenced by her role on the Editorial Review Board of the International Journal of Teacher Education and Professional Development (IJTEPD) and other technology-related journals, as well as her numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals and books.
