La pianta del cappero, una volta conosciuta, curata e coltivata con i metodi proposti tra queste pagine, ""può dare copiosi prodotti ed insieme a tanti altri portare pure il suo tributo ad impinguare la borsa dell'ortolano smuntagli dall'esattore, dagl'insetti nocivi, dalle meteore avverse"".
