Overview

This is a collection of poems for sports fans everywhere! Jenny Sullivan gives all the major sports a workout - and some of the less obvious ones too such as Cnapan; Kick boxing; and, Surfing. If you're not already an expert, don't worry. Jenny's energetic rhymes will soon lick you into shape! Some poems are funny, others are serious, and they take us on the emotional rollercoaster ride so familiar to sports fans. We feel the euphoria of being on the winning side, and suffer the bitter disappointment of being last picked for the school team. Whatever your sport, there's sure to be a verse for you!
