Originally from Dawsonville, Georgia, he began dancing at age three and grew up in his family's studio, later becoming an award-winning competitive dancer and choreographer across the United States.He studied Media Studies and Theatre at Mercer University, where he created content for Mercer Marketing and danced on ESPN as NCAA mascot Toby Bear. He went on to earn a Master of Fine Arts in Film and Television from Savannah College of Art and Design. His films have earned honors at festivals around the world.Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Mr. Preston teaches film production at a local charter school and supports young dancers as a judge for the Georgia High School Association.
