He's written for The Providence Journal, the Boston Herald, Comcast SportsNet New England, the Boston Sports Journal, ESPN.com, and FoxSports.com and regularly appears on 98.5 WBZ-FM. He's covered the Boston Red Sox for the last 30 years. He lives in Massachusetts with his wife, Suzanne, and their children. Pedro Jaime Martínez is a Dominican-American former starting pitcher in Major League Baseball who played for five teams from 1992 to 2009, most notably the Boston Red Sox from 1998 to 2004.
