Akinradewo is an academic and professional in Quantity Surveying and Construction Management. He is currently a Senior Lecturer at the University of the Free State, Bloemfontein, South Africa. His extensive education includes a PhD in Construction Management from the University of Johannesburg, an M.Tech in Quantity Surveying from the University of Johannesburg, a Diploma in Blockchain from the University of Zurich, and a B.Tech in Quantity Surveying at the Federal University of Technology, Akure. Dr Akinradewo has published extensively, contributing to over 120 peer-reviewed journal articles and conference papers, with research interests in blockchain technology, construction automation, and sustainable construction practices. Clinton O. Aigbavboa is a distinguished scholar with over 18 years of experience in the Built Environment and Construction sectors. He is a Professor of Sustainable Construction Digitalisation & Construction Industry Research at the University of Johannesburg. He holds a PhD in Engineering Management, a Master’s in Construction Management, and certifications in Good Governance and Artificial Intelligence from MIT. He has authored over 30 research books, co-authored six edited books, and published over 1000 accredited journal articles and conference papers. His research interests include Construction 4.0, smart cities, sustainable human development, and digitalisation in construction. Emmanuel Ayodeji Oke is an associate professor at the Department of Quantity Surveying, Federal University of Technology Akure, Nigeria. He won the Best Researcher award during the 2023 Excellence and Productivity Award ceremony at the Federal University of Technology Akure, achieving the runner-up of the same award in 2022. Prof. Oke is an author and a lecturer with several years of teaching and research involvement in higher learning institutions worldwide. He founded the Research Group on Sustainable Infrastructure Management Plus (RG-SIM+) at the Federal University of Technology, Akure, and he is currently the team leader.
