He has over 40 years of R&D experience in organizations such as R&D Centre for Iron & Steel, SAIL, Ranchi, and CSIR-NML, Jamshedpur, specializing in beneficiation, agglomeration, and blast furnace ironmaking. He has initiated and pursued several R&D projects funded by private and public enterprises, also by government bodies.
