Author Information

Dr Laura Meek has worked as a doctor in the NHS since 2007 and has an interest in empowering young people to take charge of their own mental health. She draws on her experience of working in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services alongside elements of cognitive behavioural therapy and mindfulness to help children to become their very own superheroes. Laura lives in Yorkshire with her husband and two children.
