Overview

Aprendo espanol con cuentos is a series of six traditional Spanish and Latin American stories. These tales are designed and tailored for Primary school children who are learning Spanish either in school or in language clubs or as extra-curricular activity. Each book contains a traditional story; a series of exercises related to the text; other activities to do individually; and, a teacher's book, including new ideas to work with the text and the answer key to the exercises. Each book is independent and can be read and enjoyed individually. There is an audio CD also available featuring a reading of all six titles. Titles (each with its own book which can be procured separately) are: El gallo Quirico; La ratita presumida; Garbanico; Juan sin miedo; El ladron burlado; and El dios de las tormentas. All six texts feature on this audio-CD.
