Overview

Alice thought she had escaped mortal danger when Shaman hid her and her faithful dogs in the Underworld, within the Sanctuary - a secret tribal settlement hidden deep beneath the mountains. But the Underworld is far larger and far more dangerous than Alice could have imagined. Beneath the forests and lakes stretches a vast subterranean realm of enormous caves, dark tunnels, underground waterways, and abandoned cities built long ago by the mysterious Miners - a vanished people whose secrets were never meant to be uncovered. The Sanctuary soon proves anything but safe. When Alice discovers that the witches have already spread their traps into the hidden world below, she makes a desperate but necessary choice. Alone with her dogs, she journeys deeper into the Underworld, hoping to find the Dragon feared by the witches themselves. Instead, she encounters something unexpected - Agapogo, an ancient underwater Serpent.
