OverviewThe book explained the concepts of compression and correction techniques through easy- to-follow examples and schematic diagrams to achieve cost and time effectiveness of communication. Pivotal Difference Method(PDM) and Running Difference Method(RDM) along with repeated use(cascading) on the same input/intermediate stream has been considered to achieve better compressions.
