Overview

After the blasts in American Embassies on 8/7, the unknown group tries to frame Victor. After 9/11, the psychopaths appear inflated. An unknown group leaves Victor as dead in Tanzania a few months after 9/11. Radioactivity was found in his lungs. Victor is not allowed to sleep. Breathing is made difficult for him at any time, place by the technology. By these torture techniques, Frankie and her associates were expressing their hate on westerners. But, Frankie is not of any terror group. An unknown group from different countries uses rogue satellites, radioactive wastes from the atmosphere, atmospheric conditions, electromagnetic radiation, hazardous gases. The area around Victor is a created 'fields' which the psychopaths term 'coffin'. He subjected to 'mind altering' and threatened to do as wanted by the rogues, criminals. The group wanted to make sure that Victor is unemployed so that he joins the group with sinister motives. The 'Rogue Technology' is applied on him. He is pursued in Gulf, Africa and India. The strategy was to make the man loose his belief, his work, in his profession, income, health and to distance him from friends, relatives. This strategy is used by an unknown group. They were in a position to command and control terrorists. The technology used was not available to terrorists but could be used abundantly by tyrants, despots, unknown groups. An apparent female spy knew beforehand, about the hiding place of Saddam Hussein, Gaddafi's crimes, blasts in the American embassy in Nairobi, terrorist plans even in 1994, scholarships granted to well known criminals used in terrorism. She fooled terrorists & other groups. She would talk to Victor using the 'Rogue Technology'. She was helplessly trying to defect but could be a vital link between members of an unknown group.
