OverviewThe Profile of Liberian Women in Marketing is a startling reawakening of a very important issue regarding Liberian Women; especially, Market Women ; an issue which has far and wide-reaching social, economic and cultural implications. The publication is not only very necessary and timely but is, certainly overdue. It provides a rather comprehensive but analytical review of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats which have and continue to confront Liberian Women as producers, buyers, and sellers of a variety of commodities. The Book will prove to be a valid source of pertinent information which should be valuable to the Liberian Government in the formulation of its policy measure/s towards the fight against social and economic inequities; Women being noticeable victims.
