Grant Neilley is a USCF-certified Senior Tournament Director, and an active organizer of all types of chess tournaments, from scholastics to adult, and from state championships to evening club events. He is Past-President of both the Ohio Chess Association and the Ohio Scholastic Chess Association, continues to serve on the boards of both, and is the founder of Fellowship of the King Chess Club in Columbus Ohio.
