Overview

This Anthology contains 2 one-act plays and 4 sketches, all of them farcical comedies, with one exception. Out West: Gold bars have arrived at a frontier town in the USA. This attracts bandits and fortune hunters, all of whom turn up in the saloon. A Sudden Deluge: In a sadder vein. A woman realizes that her husband is having an affair with a former colleague of hers. Speed Trap: A dynamic young woman is caught speeding - while using her mobile. But the policeman invites her for a drink. Pillow Talk: A young couple on a Sunday morning. He will; but she only wants cuddles and to do something interesting. Old Crock: An old couple - like their car. He wants to buy a new one. She doubts whether he will be able to drive much longer. He proves this dramatically! A Very British Tea-Party: Foreign tourists on a guided tour watch very British guests at a very British tea-party. The clash of cultures leads to a cataclysmic result - just like Brexit!
