OverviewA testimony of unending love. For many years, family and friends urged me to write the story of my life. I resisted. Writing about myself felt uncomfortable, even self-centred. I have never sought the spotlight, preferring the shadows, and I believed the past was best left undisturbed. Now, in my ninetieth year, I have changed my mind. I write first for my children and grandchildren, who know little of where I came from or the path that shaped me. This is my attempt to leave them an honest account of my life - warts and all. But more importantly, this is not simply my story. It is the story of what God has done in my life. It is a testimony to His unending love, His patience, and His call upon my life. If this book serves any purpose, let it be to give glory to His name.
