Taylor Ellingson is a self-taught baker and home cook who loves creating healthy meals and decadent desserts. Even more, she loves introducing people to cooking and showing them how accessible and easy it can be. She is the founder of the food blog greens & chocolate (www.greensnchocolate.com), where she blogs mostly about her recipe creations and occasionally about her family and their travel adventures. When she's not cooking and eating, she enjoys running, yoga, hiking, travel, patio happy hours, and spending time with her family. She was born and raised in Iowa and currently lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with her husband, Marc, and their two boys, Lars and Soren.
