Under his leadership, Bettendorf was named one of the ""Best High Schools"" in the country three times by Newsweek and US News & World Report . Jimmy is the owner and CEO of J Casas & Associates, an educational leadership company aimed at organizing and providing world-class professional coaching and learning services for educators across the country. Onica L. Mayers (@O_ L_ Mayers) currently serves as a director for professional staffing and employee relations for human resources in the third largest school district in Texas. In her 22-year educational journey, she has served as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal and elementary school principal for six years. She was recognized as the 2018 Elementary Principal of the Year and is currently a doctoral candidate at the University of Houston. Jeffrey Zoul (@Jeff_ Zoul) is a lifelong teacher, learner, and leader. During Jeff’s distinguished career in education he has served in a variety of roles, most recently as assistant superintendent for teaching and learning with Deerfield Public Schools District 109 in Deerfield, Illinois. Jeff has been recognized as a local teacher of the year and as an outstanding principal in the State of Georgia. He also served as principal at a national School of Excellence in Illinois.
